Matt Ariniello

Matt is entering his 10th season as a High School Field Hockey Coach, currently coaching at Immaculate HS. Matt was named CT HS Coach of the year in 2012 and 2015. Matt is currently a Level 1 Field Hockey coach, is a member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association and is the Chairman of the Southern New England All-American Committee. Matt coaches Team Connecticut each summer in the Battle of the states showcase tournament. He has coached club for the last 3 years.


Aim Athletes is a premier field hockey club team. We offer playing opportunites for girls all over Connecticut in the winter, spring, and summer seasons. We offer weekly club team practices, clinics, private lessons, conditioning, video tape analysis of practices and tournaments, collegiate recruiting guidance, and opportunity to go to tournaments. Our club is a member of USA Field Hockey.

Amy Krompinger
Former University of Connecticut, NCAA Division 1, Field Hockey player.  While at UCONN Amy was a defensive player and aparticipant in the NCAA Final Four. She grew up in Delaware & played mid and forward for her high school team. Amy founded Aim Athletes in 2013 and has 6 years of coaching experience youth and elite players.

John Savage
22 years as varsity head coach at Mamaroneck High School. During his tenure, they have won 3 Class A New York State Championships, 7 Regional Championships. Since 2004 the team has appeared in 14 straight Section 1 Championships, winning 10 of them, 15 League Championships.
John was the MSG Varsity Coach of the Year, 2 time Journal News Coach of the Year, 3 times Section 1 Coach of the year. John is also the Former Head Coach and Site Director for US Field Hockey Futures Program & is still a National Field Hockey Coaches Association member. John has 334 career wins. Several players from Mamaroneck have gone on to play Division 1, 2 and 3 at the college level. John is the Director of Sound Shore Summer League for high school players.
